Productivity Systems
Description
Tradespersons use diverse productivity systems in order to work smarter, not harder. Students apply strategies such as prioritizing, planning, scheduling and reviewing work to achieve efficiencies on the job site and in the workplace. Through mentorship, hands-on experience and individual experimentation, students also examine various tools and technologies, such as checklists, databases, software and mobile applications, that can be used to improve productivity.
