Presenting and Communicating Effectively

This course will focus on the skills required to communicate effectively with an emphasis on utilizing these interpersonal skills to research, plan and execute formal and informal presentations suitable for the workplace. Students will explore different presentation styles to successfully communicate in a variety of hospitality settings including selling, meetings, training, and speaking to guests. The learner will have an opportunity to learn and work with a variety of presentation planning aids.
