Policy & Procedure Writing

In this course, students will learn to analyze audience needs and organizational goals to create effective policies and procedures. Students will apply standard policy writing best practices, structuring documents that are easily understood and adopted. Students will also explore methods for disseminating and delivering policy and procedures, tying in to Semester 2 courses Digital Storytelling, eLearning in the Workplace, and Technical Writing.
