Organizational Behaviour (IPAC)

There are many factors within an organization that can contribute to infection prevention and control. These may include organizational culture, privacy and patient safety, behavioral change, and quality improvement. Learners will explore quality assurance and improvement programs as well as commonly utilized national, provincial and territorial methods within specific sectors/organizations. This course provides learners with an opportunity to incorporate interprofessional collaboration on quality improvement issues related to IPAC through an equity, diversity, and inclusion lens.
