Organizational Behaviour

This course focuses on the application of organizational behaviour concepts, theories and research to explain and understand human behaviour in organizations and its impact on organizational performance. Influences at the individual, group and organizational level are analyzed covering core concepts such as motivation, team dynamics, conflict management, leadership, organizational culture, and change management, among others. (3 cr) Students cannot retain credit for COMM 5405,COMM 5406,COMM 5407, COMM 5012 and HROB 5001.
