Pesticides authorized under the licence
- Any pesticide that is not a fumigant gas, other than for a fumigant gas that contains aluminum phosphide.
Conditions for use:
- Use in a land extermination for agriculture operations.
- Use in a structure used for agriculture operations to control pests of farm animals.
- Use of aluminum phosphide in groundhog burrows on an agricultural operation to control groundhogs.
