Operational Risk Management

Description

Note: This course is an optional workshop. As mandated by the Office of the Supervisor of Financial Institutions, Canadian financial institutions must comply with the E-21 Operational Risk Management Guideline. This workshop will build on the student\'s fundamental understanding of risk and cover the important Operational Risk Management skill set required within the insurance and financial industry in Canada. Upon successful completion, students will be equipped to properly identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across the financial industry.
