Description
Are you interested in expanding on the cyber security skills and knowledge you developed in the previous Offensive 1 course? In this course, you will continue to build your expertise of how to protect critical systems and sensitive information from digital attacks and you will have many opportunities to apply your learning so you can take the optional Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) examination. You will understand and explain the principles of cryptology. You will explore common webserver and web application attacks, methodologies, and tools. You will also demonstrate your ability to ethically hack web applications. You will review the basics of firewalls, IPS/IDS, and honeypots to learn how to evade cyber security hazards. And you will demonstrate how to uncover potential threats and establish effective methodologies and countermeasures to secure the computer systems in your business or company. You will leave this course with the skills and knowledge to complete your CEH examination and the strategies to look for weaknesses and vulnerabilities in computer systems to effectively respond to malicious hackers.
