Nursing Interpretation Of Lab Results

Description

Admission: Current Certificate of Registration - RN/RPN. This course will provide the RN/RPN with knowledge of the basic concepts underlying the interpretation of daily lab work. Lab work included in the course includes CBC and Differential, Coagulation, Electrolytes, Liver Function Tests and Routine Urinalysis. Case studies will be used as a basis for discussion of nursing's role in the preparation, collection, measurement, and reporting of lab results.
