Negotiating-Mediation & Conflict Resolution
Description
This course is designed to expand and strengthen student knowledge and application of conflict resolution strategies in a business context. In this course, students will focus on skill mastery and developing a more resourceful understanding of appropriate techniques for resolving disputes between two or more parties. Emphasis will be placed on strategic preparation when using various non-adversarial approaches, moving from positions to interests and building a collaborative environment when resolving disputes.
