Multiculturalism in Society

Description

(Fall only) This course will set in motion the exploration of one's own values and biases with regard to cultural diversity. The course will enable students to better understand similarities and differences among ethnic groups which in turn will help them to appreciate the uniqueness of our own society. Topics as multiculturalism policy, education, racism, and current issues will be examined. (3 hrs. per week).
