Master of Public Health Practicum and Report
Description
The student must complete a 400-hour practicum under the supervision of a Practicum preceptor and a Program advisor. The practicum experience is intended to provide the student with a real-world experience in a Public Health setting, as well as a synthesis of Master of Public Health program content. The student will submit a written report at the end of the practicum. Do I have to register for the course? Yes. If you are completing your practicum, you have to register in the practicum placeholder course (HESC 9805-XX) which will be identified in the current timetable. You must be registered in the practicum placeholder for each of the terms during which you are in your placement. Notes: Restricted to students in the Master of Public Health program.
