Managing Change for Leaders
Description
This course explores both current concepts of change management and the strategies for successfully implementing change within an organization. The course considers change and the psychology of change from impacts on the organization, on the individuals, on the teams and on management. The primary objective is to develop workable strategies that offer the greatest opportunity for successful change implementation.
