Management of Oral Anticoagulation Therapy | Primary Care Certificate Program (MOAT - Online)
Description
The University of Waterloo is pleased to offer a Primary Care Certificate Program in the Management of Oral Anticoagulation Therapy (MOAT) for pharmacists, registered nurses and nurse practitioners. This non-credit program is offered in partnership with WatSPEED, the School of Pharmacy and the Centre for Family Medicine Family Health Team.
This award-winning program has been accredited for a maximum of 25 CEUs (1 CEU/hour) by Continuing Pharmacy Education, College of Pharmacy, Dalhousie University (expires February 22, 2024).
In 2019, it received the Best Non-Credit Program (under 48 hours) award from the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education (CAUCE).
