Management Accounting for Events

To be in control of the event budget is to be in control of the event. It is vital for event planners to be comfortable managing the financial components of their events. This course serves to explore various financial aspects related to events including forecasting, costing, cash flow management, and budgeting. Learners will gain confidence in managing their own finances as a freelance event planner or the financial portfolio of large-scale events held by corporations.
