Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Description
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a capstone course where participants apply Green Belt theory in an actual project, defined as an improvement initiative within one process or department, resulting in Green Belt Certification. Project guidance and one on one coaching sessions are led by a certified, experienced Master Black Belt. Students must submit a project report for assessment which meets requirements to achieve Green Belt Certification. 5% one on one coaching, 95% project. Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Theory (QUAL10025)
