Leadership in Project Management

Description

A successful project manager not only understands the technical project management skills (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk), but also has solid leadership and other soft skills. This course is designed to introduce students to leadership concepts and skills as they apply to projects. In addition, the course will discuss other soft skills required by a project manager, including team building, managing conflict, communication, and other tools and techniques. (35 PDUs)
