Law for Health Managers
Description
An overview of law relating to Canadian health care delivery, principally from an Ontario perspective. Topics include the constitutional framework, regulation of health professions, medical ethics, public health, coroners' inquests, litigation, capacity and informed consent, powers of attorney, substitute decisions including end of life, mental health, health information and privacy, employment rights, dispute resolution, and how to search for applicable statutes, regulations and case law.
