Issues Related to Youth and Family
Description
Understand the needs of families with infants, children and adolescent members. Develop intervention strategies with a particular focus on disadvantaged families, parenting, and the challenges and changes of adolescence. Investigate concepts of family functioning at various stages of the family life cycle and devise approaches and strategies to assist with both problems in family relationships and stressors from the family environment.
