Investigation and Evidence

Accuracy and procedure are key to ensuring the admissibility of details and evidence. Students examine the requirements of a continuing investigation as well as the rules of evidence and develop the ability to apply these rules in the collection and presentation of evidence in a court of law. Emphasis is on forensic requirements, statute law, and other related topics.
