International Business Law and Negotiation
Description
International business transactions are complex and require a fundamental understanding of public and private international trade law. Through this course, you'll gain the foundational knowledge you need to understand international trade organizations (WTO) and agreements (NAFTA, EU, and Regional), Canadian trade regulations pertaining to importing and exporting goods and services,; and the negotiation of international contracts for the sale of goods. You'll also learn about intellectual property, market strategies, and international business dispute resolution.
