Description
This course covers intermediate and advanced theories and techniques of Management Accounting. It will provide a comprehensive study of costing for decision-making, planning and performance evaluation. This includes determining and evaluating relevant data and information to support decisions and understanding how management can use information technology to support strategy. Students will expand their knowledge and understanding of Management Accounting through technical analysis, integrated cases, use of systems like PowerBI, and class discussion.
