Information Architecture
Description
Our Information Architecture course recognizes that improving the organization and presentation of your website or mobile application – including structuring your information architecture (IA) to mirror how your users think – increases user satisfaction and engagement and makes their experience clear and seamless. Taught by industry experts, this IA course introduces you to the methods used to research user interactions, analyze the results, and create a validated IA. Learn the fundamentals of user experience design and how to create deliverables, including a user journey map, card sort, site map, user flows, storyboards, and wireframes.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our COMP 9627 UX Design Fundamentals course or our COMP 9722 UX Design Fundamentals (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
