Description
How do housekeepers manage to make a room look clean and well presented? You will learn how to promote a positive image and model discretion, respect and good customer services skills. Choose the appropriate cleaner and equipment for the task, prioritize effective time management and ensure strict attention to detail for a sparkling result. Examine equipment for damage, or unusual signs of wear and follow health and safety protocols for the reduction of work hazards.
This course can be used as an elective requirement in the Hospitality and Tourism Micro-Credential.
