Get ready to acquire a high level understanding of project management. You will acquire the skills needed to lead projects successfully - end-to-end - by understanding the project management fundamentals, as determined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Critical aspects of projects, such as scope, quality, time, cost, risk, procurement, human resource, and stakeholder and communication management will be revealed and studied. You will understand how these concepts fit into the role of a project manager, across several industries.
This course is a pre-requisite in the Project Management Certificate program. Other courses in the program build on the fundamentals learned in the course.
