Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship
Description
Students learn to transfer their entrepreneurial aspirations into a business plan by gathering market research to compile business intelligence needed for identifying target markets, market share and market competition. Through self-reflection of one's entrepreneurial skills, students identify key attributes and skills needed to become a successful entrepreneur. Students learn the strategies of costing and pricing, how to begin a cash-flow forecast and the operational and implementation side of building a business. An entrepreneurial instructor/mentor assists students in reviewing and providing suggestions and guidance throughout the course.
