Foundations of Cloud Computing
Description
This course introduces you to cloud computing: its history, current practices and systems, economic drivers and underlying technologies. Learn concepts of service delivery and deployment models, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS). We'll cover new trends in cloud computing, deployment models, principles of cloud architecture, security, privacy and governance. You'll also learn about adopting cloud systems, clouds for large enterprises, data centre considerations and risk management issues.
