Fieldwork Placement (SSW)

This course gives students an opportunity to practice the knowledge, skills and abilities that they have learned in the Social Service Worker program by participating in a placement in a community setting for three days per week for seven weeks and then five days per week for eight weeks. This is an experiential learning opportunity where students will apply theory to practice. Note: Check with the institution regarding start/ end dates, prices, and delivery method. These may vary according to program, section, and/or semester.
