Exterior Finishes

This course introduces the student to the ICI Thermal and Moisture Envelope Building close-in and ICI structure is an assembly of materials that create moisture barriers, in conjunction with various insulation materials and building techniques, creating an envelope to function as a uniform assembly in accordance to the Ontario Building Code.
