Event Resources and Logistics

In order to build a special event, many resources are required to create the perfect setting. This course will examine the various resources required to produce events and the logistics needed to set up and execute large events. Learners will connect and communicate with vendors, examine best practices for obtaining and allocating resources. Learners will produce production schedules and gain an appreciation for the staffing requirements needed to produce events.
