Event Management 1

This course is an intermediate-level course on the elements of logistic planning for event management. A successful event requires detailed planning; through this course, students will continue to develop their event planning skills focusing on specifics such as: venue selection, registration, food & beverage, program planning, staffing, transportation, and security. Students will gain critical experience into the many details required of an event manager within the industry and will have the opportunity to plan out their own live events under the guidance of industry professionals.
