Ethical Leadership in Infection Prevention and Control
Description
Implementing IPAC programs and processes requires leadership, management, collaboration and interprofessional skills. Ethical Leadership in IPAC examines these factors and their role in developing, implementing, evaluating and revising ongoing organizational infection risk assessment plans and policies. Learners will explore various styles of leadership, team building and conflict resolution. Furthermore, students explore the role of ethics in effective leadership to ensure that all policies, procedures and programs comply with and promote a healthy, inclusive and respectful environment for all stakeholders.
