Emergency Nursing - Clinical Practicum for the RPN
Description
This practicum course provides the nurse with an opportunity to integrate and apply the knowledge and critical thinking skills learned in the previous courses to the clinical practice setting. With preceptor and faculty guidance and feedback, students work collaboratively with the healthcare team to plan and deliver nursing care based on current literature and evidence-based guidelines.
The Emergency Nursing-RPN clinical is 150 hours and must be completed within a 3-month term. Nurses are required to do two shifts weekly following their preceptor's schedule.

Health Clearance requirements which may take three months for you to complete. Once your Health Clearance is completed you may register for the clinical course.
