EAP: Intermediate Reading and Writing
Description
EAP130 is an intermediate reading and writing skills subject. This course is for students who can write a short, unstructured piece of writing demonstrating some knowledge of basic grammar structures. The course focuses on the writing process, rhetorical organization, content, structure, style and vocabulary in the context of advanced paragraph writing. The grammar focus is on demonstrating mastery of intermediate grammar structures in the student’s writing. The reading strategies focus on understanding inferences and distinguishing between fact and opinion.
