Diversity Building Resilience Health and Well-being
Description
The course will introduce students to anti-oppressive theory and practice as it relates to mental health, well-being, and resilience when working across diverse settings. The correlation between health and social inequalities will be examined in the context of marginalized populations. Students will have an opportunity to engage in critical and reflective practice as it relates to one's personal values, beliefs and behaviors across diverse settings.
