Digital Media
Description
In this course, students will develop the knowledge and skills needed to create event websites and social media content to market and communicate to target audiences about upcoming events. Students will learn basic web page design principles, will design and publish web pages, and use desktop publishing to create engaging promotional materials. Strategies for using social media to promote events are also explored including twitter, Instagram, and facebook.
