Culture-Specific Helping With Indigenous People

This course addresses culture-specific skills and approaches particular to traditional helping with Indigenous peoples. Particular emphasis is placed on self-care, self-reflection, and self-awareness of the individual. Traditional Indigenous helping practices and culturally appropriate service approaches are explored.
