Construction Estimating (Civil & Architecture)
Description
This course examines the principles and practice of measuring, preparing Quantity Take-offs and cost estimates required for a construction project. Attention must be paid to accuracy of the description, measurement, and extensions. Understanding of contracts and specifications impact on the estimate will be reviewed.
