Construction Cost Control
Description
Our Construction Control course teaches you how to use an effective cost control system to achieve the estimated profit on projects and to monitor and predict results. Explore the techniques used to control construction costs, with an emphasis on internal communications, accurate feedback and the various uses of costing data. Course Accreditation: This is a Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) accredited course (subject #305) and a Gold Seal accredited course (7 credits).
