Compensation Management
Description
Students learn the essential elements of employee total rewards including compensation design, explore implementation, management, and evaluation within a competitive and changing environment. Both theoretical and practical strategies of compensation design and management within an organizational strategic framework are explored. Specifically, the external and internal environments of an organization, job evaluation, pay structures, benefits programs, and changing employment conditions and trends are examined.
