Communication Skills for Managers

Communication Skills for Managers provides learners an opportunity to engage in communication skills applicable in the modern workforce. Learners will engage in oral, written and virtual exercises to facilitate communication with peers and staff. The course will assist students in exploring best practices in communication including holding difficult conversations.  

 

 

1. Discuss best practices of communication.

2. Engage in communication activities (written, oral, and remote).
