Civil Litigation Procedures

This "hands-on" course is designed to provide students with an introduction to the procedures and documentation involved in civil litigation practice in Ontario. Students will become familiar with the terminology, formatting requirements and procedural requirements of the Rules of Civil Procedure. Students will also develop the knowledge and skills necessary to produce civil litigation documents using Microsoft Word and specialized automated legal software.
