Identifying how to support your colleagues through change is a critical skill that modern workers and managers require. From asking the right questions, maintaining appropriate energy, identifying a change champion, developing resilience to change within an organization, encountering resistance to change and supporting effective communication through the change to obtain organizational buy-in, this micro-credential will support you and your team throughout the essentials of a change process.
