Case Management
Description
This course examines theories and practices, related to inter-professional case management., Current issues, trends, and approaches, are, examined. Case studies offer an understanding of, multidisciplinary teams functioning and, clinical/client pathways. Using evidence-based, research, case management approaches are examined, in relation to program and policy development., Integration of theory and practice is applied to, screening, intake, crisis intervention, client, education, referral, record keeping, inter- and, intra-agency collaboration and consultation,, ethics, confidentiality, advocacy, and meeting, complex needs of clients.
