Business Processes I
Description
This course enables students to gain a detailed understanding of the basic business processes required to support modern Supply Chains through the use of commercial Enterprise Resources Planning software (SAP S/HANA ERP system).
The course will focus on the functions required to support the Sales Process, the Procurement Process, and Production Process. Students will learn about the steps in these processes as well as the points of integration between them by performing hands-on exercises in the SAP system.
The students will experience firsthand how modern SAP ERP systems are able to automate and optimize the business processes in Global Supply Chains. This course will also provide a solid foundation for students who wish to pursue the SAP TS410 Certification.
