This course continues to detail the complexities of developing, managing, and maintain a BCM program from its initial stage of implementation right through its various stages of maturity. Various testing methods best suited for each level of maturity would also be introduced. To effectively implement a plan ensuring a continuity of operation, this course will describe the steps necessary for threat risk assessments along with building out a business impact assessment. Finally, using these tools as a baseline, develop practical action plans to test and maintain into the future
