AGILE Project Management addresses the shift in today's business environment demanding project managers delivering solutions more quickly and nimbly. Through a range of activities, in-class discussions and lectures as well as tests, you learn how to use agile project management methodology, how it differs from traditional waterfall project management, the changing role of the project manager when using agile, and various tools and techniques to effectively manage projects when working with agile methodologies.
