Accounting and Finance for the Human Resources Professional

Students will explore topics in financial and managerial accounting that are relevant to the HR professional. Topics include interpreting financial statements, identifying various methods to classify and allocate costs, applying decision tools to business situations, using the budget cycle to manage organization performance, and exploring key elements of the payroll function.
